Ford S-Max Winds Best MPV Award in the UK

All MPV owners of virtually every model on UK roads have submitted their car reviews and the Ford S-MAX came 1st.

LONDON -- November 4, 2014: Although the Volkswagen Touran came 2nd, the Ford Galaxy beat other MPV makes giving Ford a double victory in the sector which focuses on practicality and lifestyle needs.

Ford: 67,074 S-MAX and 114,442 Galaxy Owners Can’t Be Wrong

The National Car Awards gather owner ratings and car reviews of virtually every make and model on UK roads. Sue Baker, noted motoring journalist and Editor In Chief of the National Car Awards, said of the S-MAX:

Ford Ratings Continue to Climb

A detailed analysis of Ford rankings on the WeLoveAnyCar.com car review site overall has seen a steady increase in most Ford model’s owner ratings and this could mean Ford being highly placed in other car categories for the 2015 National Car Awards.

New Ford S-MAX

The new Ford S-MAX will be launched in 2015 with the same ‘face’ as the current Ford Fiesta and Ford B-MAX MPV – surprisingly similar to the Aston Martin sports car. The new S-MAX also has sleek headlights and a panoramic windscreen to improve visibility.

The 2015 S-MAX includes new petrol and diesel engines that will improve fuel economy and CO2 emissions across the range which may well lead to higher ratings by their new owners.
