Urban Science to Guide Dealers to Increased Sales at NADA

DETROIT -- Jan. 15, 2015: Global automotive consulting firm Urban Science is turning their booth space (#6338W) at NADA, January 22-25, in San Francisco into a high-tech classroom to teach auto dealers how to increase sales, profits and customer loyalty. NADA is the largest international gathering place for franchised new-vehicle dealers.

At the sessions, Urban Science experts will share case studies from some of their large retail group clients that have improved dealer profitability by more than one million dollars per month by using Urban Science solutions. By implementing a scientific methodology, Urban Science is able to determine the actions required to achieve high sales and profitability. Dealer groups are then able to optimize shopping traffic and accurately manage inventory, pricing and the sales experience.

Rather than relying on opinion, Urban Science has guided the automotive industry for 38 years by leveraging a proprietary scientific process. This process fueled the development of network planning, helping manufacturers optimize their dealer distribution network while continuing to evolve to help dealers improve day-to-day operational performance. Urban Science harnesses the power of big data to identify and focus on the insights and actions that impact sales and profitability at the same time. From their 20 global offices, the company works with nearly every OEM in the world and provides solutions to over 20,000 of their dealers.

Also on hand at NADA will be retail experts from the Dealer Services Group, LLC. – a subsidiary that combines the real-world retail experience of seasoned dealer consultants and the power of Urban Science's data and analytics, to empower dealers with actionable, customized plans. Additionally, this group will demonstrate a new market insight report, 4Front™, which was developed to help dealers assess and minimize risk when considering market expansion.

"Our 4Front: Marketplace Insights Report paints a vivid picture of the current and future state of a dealer's targeted area, and guides them to educated, data-driven market planning decisions," said Josh Pope, senior manager, Urban Science.

Dealers can register for the free, 30-minute training sessions by visiting Urban Science NADA.
