Kia Canada Inc. reports 7,205 vehicles sold in April

• Year to date sales are slightly down, 3.2 per cent versus 2016
• Best April sales ever for Kia Sportage and Kia Forte

MISSISSAUGA, ON, May 2, 2017 /CNW/ - Kia Canada Inc. reported today 7,205 total vehicles sold for the month of April. Year to date, this represents a 3.2 per cent decrease versus the same time period in 2016.  April sales were led by the Kia Forte (up 26.2 per cent with 1,908 units sold), Kia Sorento (1,472 units sold) and Kia Sportage (up 14.3 per cent with 1,250 units sold).  

The all-new Kia Niro hybrid crossover also experienced a strong performance in its second full month of sales in the Canadian market with a total of 218 units sold.
