Complete Terms of Sale are listed on the Bidder's Registration Card, Auction Consignment Agreement and Bill of Sale. All prospective buyers and sellers should read and be familiar with these terms.

All bidders at this auction must register for a buyer's number prior to bidding and have the number in their possession when bidding. A bidder registration fee is charged at each sale, and includes admission for two. A buyer's premium of 5% for all vehicles and 10% on collectibles will be charged.

All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guarantees or warranties of any type unless the seller makes specific guarantees directly to the buyer in writing. In no event shall Dan Kruse Auctioneers & Associates, Inc. (d/b/a Dan Kruse Classic Car Productions and hereinafter referred to as "DKCCP") or the auctioneer be responsible for any such guarantee or warranties or for the genuineness of any description of the items purchased.

All items sold at auction are consigned by individual owners. DKCCP offers the property at auction for these individual owners. Although statements printed in the program and catalog and those made by the auctioneer have come from what is thought to be reliable sources, the purchaser must understand he is buying the property entirely upon his own examination and opinion. DKCCP can not and does not authenticate or verify any descriptions or claims provided by sellers. It is possible that some of the items advertised in this catalog may not be delivered to the auction site. Prospective buyers may wish to telephone the DKCCP office (210/495-4777) or the auction site office before leaving for the sale to verify that the items they wish to purchase have been delivered.

The brochure may contain some errors in car descriptions. In most cases, photographs of actual cars being offered for sale have been supplied by the sellers. In some cases when an actual photograph has not been available a file photo has been used and is accordingly referenced.
