Auto Club (AAA Mich.) Announces Organizational ChangesDEARBORN, Mich., June 2 -- AAA Michigan today announced a corporate restructuring and related personnel changes which will position the Auto Club for future growth and expansion. Ronald Steffens, the club's current chief executive, becomes Chief Executive Officer of a new parent company, AAA Michigan/Wisconsin Inc. As part of the company's reorganization, several Auto Club officers have assumed expanded roles, reporting to Steffens: * Terrence W. Shea becomes President and Chief Operating Officer of Auto Club Insurance Association. * Ted R. Gambill becomes president of Automobile Club of Michigan. * Richard T. White becomes Senior Vice President, Corporate Administration, with responsibility for Human Resources, Corporate Relations, Market Services and Legal Services. White also continues his duties as Corporate Secretary and General Counsel. * C. Michael Malloy becomes Senior Vice President, Auto Club Services Inc., with responsibility for Facilities, Processing, Financial Services and the Regional Routing Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. * J. Terry McElroy becomes Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Support, with responsibility for Corporate Controller's Office, Corporate Treasurer's Office, Technology and General Support. McElroy continues his duties as Chief Financial Officer. * Louis Talluto becomes President of AAA Wisconsin. "In addition to the opportunities it provides for growth and diversification, this restructuring allows us to better meet the human resource planning needs of our companies," Steffens said.
