Laforza and Magnum Industriale Reach Agreement on 1999 Model

    SAN DIEGO, Oct. 28 -- Laforza Automobiles, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: LFZA) announced today that they have placed orders with
MAGNUM INDUSTRIALE for the 1999 model Laforza.
    Just back from a week long visit to the factory in Charasco, Italy,
President & CEO David Hops said, "We have negotiated a final quantity of 1998
Laforzas for shipment throughout the 4th Quarter of calendar 1998 which will
make final volume of 50 vehicles this year."  The schedule of 1999 Laforzas
will begin with the first shipments leaving Italy at the end of January.
Availability of the 1999 Laforza through dealerships will be in April 1999.
Although final numbers were not released it is anticipated that approximately
200 1999 Laforzas will be manufactured through December 1999.
    In other news related to Laforza's trip to Italy, the company disclosed
that they toured several vacant facilities around Torino, Italy.  Laforza's
intention is to open a pre-production factory to enable a closer working
relationship on design and quality issues.  The goal is to be in operation by
the 1st Quarter of 1999, and to receive subsidies from the Italian Government
for building upgrades and employment of local workers.
