Hans Go Becomes Chief Financial Officer of Spyker Cars N.V.

ZEEWOLDE, The Netherlands 2 March - Spyker Cars, manufacturer of exclusive premium sports cars, announces the appointment of Mr Hans Go (46) as Chief Financial Officer. Mr Go will join Spyker as per 15 March 2009. In his function as CFO he will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Hans Go is currently working as an independent financial advisor for private investors. In this position, he principally acted as interim CFO for several investment companies. Previously, he has been working for Unilever in several countries, amongst others in China and Vietnam. Hans Go holds a Master degree in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam. Mr Go's appointment is to be approved at the annual General Shareholders Meeting of April 23, 2009.
