the all-new 2011 gasoline-electric "sport-hybrid" Honda CR-Z the NADAguides
Car of the Month for February 2011.
The 2011 Honda CR-Z was selected as the NADAguides Car of the Month
based on the quality of both interior and exterior engineering, as well as
fuel efficiency, safety features, value and its ability to redefine the
standards for the hybrid industry by pairing performance and efficiency
with Honda's 3-Mode Drive System.

consumer interest for the 2011 Honda CR-Z on NADAguides.com in the fourth
quarter of 2010; representing the largest increase in traffic for its
segment.
Website data also showed that the 2011 Honda CR-Z maintained an upward
trend through December 2010, while the
competitors in this segment (Scion tC, Mini Cooper, Ford Fiesta, Kia Forte Koup and the Mazda3) saw interest
decline from the third to the fourth quarter of 2010.

(MPG) combined. The CR-Z sport hybrid comes with exciting features such as

Key Quotes
-
Troy Snyder, Director of Product Development
at NADAguides: "The Honda CR-Z offers a complete enhancement to the
compact sport driving experience. The 3-Mode Drive System sets this vehicle
apart from any other sport compact. The "Sport" mode provides the ability
to experience the full RPM spectrum of the 6-speed manual for an
invigorating driving experience, while the "Econ" mode provides the ability
to cruise with maximum fuel efficiency. We think drivers will appreciate
that the CR-Z is NOT your typical hybrid; allowing the ability to choose
the drive mode and performance gives complete control back to the
driver."
-
Chris Martin, Honda Public Relations, American Honda Motor Co., Inc.:
"The CR-Z sport hybrid coupe is redefining people's perceptions of what
a hybrid can be. It's definitely an honor to have this segment-defining
new car recognized by NADAguides as the Car of the Month."
