GM Goodwrench driver Jeff Green was found to have an illegal spoiler following is qualifying run that would have put him 5th on the grid. His spoiler was found to be set at 40 degrees when the threshold is mandated at 45 degrees.
Since the spoilers are checked twice before a car leaves pit road for a qualifying attempt - the question of how the spoiler changed 5 degrees is yet to be answered.
