Laforza Automobiles, Inc. Signs Third Exclusive Franchise and Dealers Agreement

                  Alfa-Romeo/Lamborghini Dealer Ready To Go

    SAN DIEGO, March 6 -- Laforza Automobiles, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: LFZA) announced today that they have recently signed
their third Franchise and Dealers Agreement for the Laforza 'Prima 4X4' Sport
Utility Vehicle (SUV).
    Bellevue Alfa-Romeo and Lamborghini, located in Bellevue, Washington, has
secured the exclusive rights to market Laforza in the Seattle area.  As is the
case with all of Laforza's exclusive dealers, they have committed to sell at
least two (2) Laforza automobiles per month during 1998 and to keep at least
one (1) vehicle in their showroom at all times.  Additionally, dealers must
agree to provide a $100,000 revolving line of credit to purchase the vehicles
and to participate in a national advertising program.
    The Agreement keeps the Company right on track with the objectives of
their franchise program.  Bellevue Alfa-Romeo and Lamborghini is located at
225  105th Avenue - N.E., Bellevue, Washington a suburb of Seattle.  The
father and son team of Pasquale and Tino Perrina run the up-scale dealership.
    Laforza Corporate Sales Manager Trevor Haywood commented, "This Agreement

excellent reputation with the more discriminating automotive buyer in their

    The LAFORZA Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) is an upscale, luxurious 4 X 4
automobile whose rolling chassis' are imported directly to the Company from
the Italian manufacturer, Magnum Indusriale.
