Delta Launches 'SkyMiles Auto Buying Program'
Program Puts Members in the Fast Lane to a Free Round-Trip Ticket

ATLANTA, Jan. 13 -- Delta Air Lines and
Automotive Dealers' Marketing (ADM), America's largest auto buying company,
have joined together to offer Delta SkyMiles members a new and simple way to
earn bonus miles. Called the "SkyMiles Auto Buying Program," it allows
SkyMiles members to earn up to 15,000 bonus miles with the purchase or lease
of any new car or truck from one of hundreds of participating dealerships
across the country. Members can also earn 10,000 bonus miles with the
purchase of any used vehicle, regardless of price.
SkyMiles members can call 1-888-310-3435 for the nearest participating
dealer.
Available exclusively to Delta SkyMiles members, bonus miles are earned
based on the amount they spend:

    Vehicle Price SkyMiles Bonus Miles

New vehicle up to $20,000 5,000 bonus miles
New vehicle from $20,001 to $40,000 10,000 bonus miles
New vehicle over $40,000 15,000 bonus miles
Any used vehicle, no cost minimum 10,000 bonus miles

The SkyMiles Auto Buying Program offers a one-stop shopping advantage for
members. They earn one bonus mile for every dollar spent on maintenance,
service or repairs and can also receive 1,000 bonus miles when they purchase
an extended service warranty to protect their existing vehicle.
"The Delta SkyMiles Auto Buying Program provides tremendous incentives to
SkyMiles members. The program represents a new and generous way for our
customers to earn bonus miles," said Christine Jilek, Delta's director of
relationship marketing.
Leonard Fenton, President of ADM, believes the Delta SkyMiles Auto Buying
Program will set the standard for the aviation industry.
"We're thrilled to launch our national auto buying program with Delta Air
Lines, which is among the finest names in the aviation industry. The SkyMiles
Auto Buying Program shows just how far frequent flier programs have evolved.
Almost no other program, outside of a home purchase or refinance, offers up to
15,000 miles for a single purchase."
Based in Los Angeles, ADM represents more than 3,000 dealerships in 50
states, with over 450 participating in the SkyMiles program. Founded in 1980,
the company provides auto buying services to many of the largest consumer
groups in North America, including the American Automobile Association (AAA),
American Association of Retired Persons (AARP), and the Canadian Automobile
Association (CAA).
Delta, Delta Express, the Delta Shuttle, the Delta Connection carriers and
Delta's Worldwide Partners operate 5,187 flights each day to 353 cities in 56

Connection carriers, Delta Express, the Delta Shuttle and Delta's airline
partners. Delta also offers SkyMiles in conjunction with many participating
hotels, car rental companies, cruise lines, more than 2,000 restaurants,
through investments with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., by utilizing the SkyMiles
Optima Credit Card from American Express and using MCI's services.
